Your device is received at our laboratory via free home collection or in-person delivery. It is photographed, labelled with a unique code, and registered in the chain of custody. From this moment, every action is documented: who, when, and what was done.
A specialised technician examines the device in our ISO 14644 Class 5 certified clean room (fewer than 100 particles per cubic foot). The type and severity of the failure are identified: logical, electronic, mechanical, or firmware. Maximum turnaround: 4 hours.
You receive a fixed-price quote by email or phone with: fault diagnosis, proposed recovery technique, estimated success rate, timeframe, and final price. No surprises or hidden costs.
We never begin without your explicit authorisation. If you decline the quote, we return your device at no cost. If you accept, we sign the work order and begin recovery.

All recovered files are verified using MD5 and SHA-256 hashes. We check that every file opens correctly and is free from corruption. You receive a report with the full list of recovered files before delivery.
Recovered data is delivered on a new external drive (included in the price) via insured courier. Additionally, we provide an AES-256 encrypted download link valid for 7 days for immediate access.
