Which insurance companies do you already work with?

We work with several insurance companies and brokers specialising in cyber risk. For confidentiality reasons we do not publish names, but we can provide references under NDA. Our framework agreement model is designed to integrate with any insurer's processes.

How is billing handled?

We bill the insurance company directly. The policyholder pays nothing. We issue itemised invoices with VAT, claim/policy reference and all documentation required for settlement. We also offer consolidated monthly billing for high volumes.

What does the technical report include?

The report includes: device identification (make, model, serial number), diagnosed root cause of failure, type of intervention performed, recovery outcome (percentage and file listing), prevention recommendations and process photographs where applicable. It is valid for loss adjustment and claim settlement.

What is the committed SLA?

The standard SLA includes: diagnosis in under 4 hours from reception, standard recovery in 4-12 business days, urgent service in 24-48h. Exact timeframes and non-compliance penalties are defined in each insurer's framework agreement.

Do you cover all of Spain?

Yes. We offer pickup across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands in under 24 hours. In Barcelona and the metropolitan area, same-day pickup if requested before 14:00. Canary Islands and minor islands via urgent courier within 48h.

What happens if data cannot be recovered?

If after diagnosis and intervention we determine that recovery is not feasible, there is no charge. We issue a technical report explaining the cause of impossibility, which the insurer can use to document the claim and settlement process.
